Real Life Tag is the internet's biggest game of tag — played across every city, on camera. It starts with one person tagging another on video. That person has 24 hours to tag someone new. Post it with #RealLifeTag, tag @reallifetag.it, and the chain keeps moving. Nobody gets tagged twice. Everyone in the chain becomes part of one massive shared story.
Anyone 13 or older can play. Under 13 can only participate with a parent on camera. You do NOT need to be famous, have a big following, or live in a specific city. All you need is a phone and someone willing to be tagged.
The person tagging you will do it in person, on camera, and post the video within 24 hours to their own account. In the caption they'll tag YOUR handle and use #RealLifeTag. If you got tagged, you'll know — you'll be in the video, and you'll be tagged in the post.
The chain has to keep moving, so if you miss your 24 hours the chain restarts from the last active tag. No shame, no penalty — just pass it faster next time. We'll always keep the timer running so everyone knows where the chain is.
Almost. Three rules: (1) They must consent to being on camera. (2) They can't have already been tagged. (3) They must be in a safe location — no streets, cars, or dangerous settings. Best tags happen at parties, restaurants, gyms, parks, or with friends who know you're doing it.
